About Us

Founded by two brothers, Ivan and Kaylor Garcia, born and raised in Lincolnton, NC. Tiny Trail Landscaping is a family-owned and operated landscaping business with strong roots in the community.

Our story started the way a lot of local businesses do: mowing neighbors' lawns during high school summers in 2015. In 2018, Ivan started taking on landscaping jobs part-time while working full-time as a CNC machinist. Kaylor was finishing his Electrical Engineering degree at UNC Charlotte, graduating in May 2021. In 2025, the two of us made it official and founded Tiny Trail Landscaping to take the business full-time.

Since then, we’ve expanded beyond just lawn care, offering a full range of landscaping services, including hardscape features and site grading. We take pride in serving Lincolnton and the surrounding areas, always putting our customers first.
